Schmancy Stampin Up! Flower Fridge Magnets

Well…I’m back from my visit ‘home’ and finally able to get back on the internet. I had very limited access while I was away so haven’t been able to post. But…I was able to craft and sooo excited about my latest creations.

You might remember my schmancy spice cake flowers that I made some time ago. These little darlings have been my most popular post and can you believe that they have had over 6,000 views since November last year!  So…I thought I’d make some more with some of our latest designer series papers.  The idea was to make a stack of them in different sizes to sell but I wanted to give them a useful and decorative purpose.  Now I adore decorative items, but useful, decorative items – well I can’t resist them.  So I’m looking at them on the kitchen bench, thinking out loud ‘what can I do to make these more useful?’  My dear hubby saunters in and simply says… ‘why don’t you stick magnets on the back?’

Brilliant! Why didn’t I think of that?

So…here they are…my schmancy flower fridge magnets. What do you think?

Supplies
Paper: Variety of Designer Series Paper
Tools: Paper Cutter, Needle, Magnet, Glue Gun
Fabulous Flourishes: Hemp Twine, Linen Thread, Designer Buttons

I hope you have enjoyed my new take on these. Free PDF is available here.

Happy crafting.
